All items are shipped out, either by Royal Mail or courier. 

 

Shipping costs vary depending on the event / club / organisation. Shipping from Team stores is free to the delivery address provided (UK mainland only)

 

Please contact us for a quote for shipping outside of the UK

 

RETURNING ITEMS

 

If there is a fault with the manufacturing of your purchase, simply notify us of the item or items to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt (see Note 1 below). We will issue a full refund on receipt, or arrange for a repair or replacement

 


Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. On genuine faults or if you received the wrong item we will pay the return costs.

 

                 
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
